1. Who we are

2. What we collect

From the registration form: first name, last name, email and (optionally) phone, plus your confirmations and consents.
During onboarding via Harmoney: identity documents, AML/KYC data and MiFID II suitability answers.
Technical & usage data: IP address, device, pages visited, cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes & legal bases

To contact you about your interest and take pre-contractual steps — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To carry out onboarding and subscription — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
To meet AML/KYC and regulatory obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
To send updates about REIF — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, withdrawable at any time).
To secure and measure the campaign page — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

4. Recipients & processors

Providers acting on our instructions: Harmoney (onboarding & subscription), Zoho (CRM & marketing automation), Leadscore (lead generation), our website host and email provider. Advisers (including legal counsel), the fund's depositary, administrator and auditors, and authorities (including the FSMA) where legally required. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements.

5. International transfers

Your data is processed within the EEA where possible; otherwise under an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Lead data: 24 months from last contact, unless you become an investor.
Investor & AML/KYC records: 10 years after the relationship ends, as required by anti-money-laundering law.
Consent records: kept as proof for a reasonable period.

7. Your rights
